Kristin Kagetsu
Kristin Kagetsu, CEO
Prior to Saathi, Kristin worked as a Hardware Engineer at a Fortune 500 company designing data servers and volunteered with a non-profit in the US that focused on leadership development. Kristin previously spent a year working with a community in Uttarakhand to develop natural dye crayons from waste materials. Kristin holds a S.B. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.

Amrita Saigal
Amrita Saigal, CFO
Amrita previously worked as a design engineer for Procter & Gamble’s feminine hygiene division working on Whisper and Always pads as well as with the Gillette brand. Amrita graduated with an S.B. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Grace Kane
Grace Kane, CTO
Grace graduated from MIT with an S.B. in Mechanical & Ocean Engineering. She spent time in Hubli, India, as Saathi's first field engineer. She is currently completing her M.S. in Product Design Engineering at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.

Rupesh Rajawat
Rupesh Rajawat, Business Development Lead
Prior to Saathi, Rupesh has worked with Infibeam and Azilen Technologies as a business development executive for their IT products. A major part of his work included pre-sales activities and business channel development in both international and domestic markets. Rupesh holds a post graduate diploma in International Trade from IMDR, Pune.

Ashutosh Kumar
Ashutosh Kumar, Lead Engineer
Ashutosh comes from a small rural village, Panchi, in the state of Bihar where he grew up with no electricity and four sisters that didn’t have access to proper sanitary protection. He is passionate about bringing low cost sanitary pads to rural India to help women, like his sisters, have access to this essential product. Ashutosh holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay.

Tarun Bothra
Tarun Bothra, Mechanical Engineer
Tarun previously worked as a trainee in Motif Engineering Pvt. Ltd. in various departments like design, production etc. Tarun is passionate about Saathi's mission and having a great platform to give something back to the society. Tarun holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nirma University.
