Saathi is excited to introduce our two newest team members - Tarun Bothra & Rupesh Rajawat

We asked them both a few questions and here is what they had to say!

Tarun Bothra, Mechanical Engineer

Tell us a bit about yourself.

I am from a place where Legendary Warriors and Kings were born. Rajasthan is a place where you find a Royal Culture as well as people too. I was born in Barmer (Rajasthan). I moved to Jodhpur when I was just a year old. I grew up and done my schooling at Jodhpur in Central Academy. Moved to Ahmedabad for pursuing my B.Tech in M.E. from Nirma University. I completed my Graduation and then joined Saathi.

What made you join Saathi?

I always wanted have job where I can return something back to the society because in some way everyone out there is doing something for you which is directly or indirectly having a impact over your life. I always wanted to break THE ICE and cross that social barrier which always hold us behind to do something good. Always wanted make a difference. Saathi is providing me the opportunity to make that difference.

What are your favorite hobbies?

Sketching(mostly Pencil), Caricatures, Poetry, Travelling, Hanging out with my Friends and love cooking new things.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself.

I can make people laugh, good entertainer and Story teller too. A big time Foodieee.... an many things. In short I am really funny you will enjoy my company and never get bored of me:)

Rupesh Rajawat, Business Development

Tell us a bit about yourself.

I grew up in Udaipur (Rajasthan), I went to Rajathan Vidhaypeeth for BCA (Bachelor in computer application), later I moved to Pune to Join IMDR for my Post graduation diploma in International trade. I took up my first job in Matrix Cellular Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmadabad, as business development executive and joined a software development company further.

What made you join Saathi?

I was always wanted to work in a Social enterprise as I believe that such enterprise can make a lot of impact when they have a professional approach with their product/service. Additionally Saathi aims to improve both environment and woman employment which are the issues that I care a lot.

What are your favorite hobbies?

Watching movies and Swimming

Tell us a fun fact about yourself.

I am a big foodie and knows a lot of indigenous good places to eat. I also work for a cause to donate your surplus food to someone in need.
