A Word From Our Intern

We've had a number of interns at Saathi and wanted to give you a look into what it's like to work with the Saathi team! We've asked one of our interns to share his experience. He is responsible for the supply chain and inventory which means contacting suppliers for the materials that we need and keeping track of our inventory.

1. What do you hope to achieve while interning at Saathi?

For me, I was interested in working with Saathi because of its concept. I hope that I will learn some additional skills, have more networking opportunities, and that my team becomes my mentors.

2. What do you look forward to everyday when you come to work?

Every morning I am excited to come to work because I know that I will learn something new. Every day comes with new experiences and learning and that is exciting! I'm really passionate about working hard to achieve a goal and I'm learning how to be an effective team player as well.

3. Is there an achievement that you are most proud of?

In the first 2 months, I learned about documentation, how to work with a team, the importance of the team in the company, improved my communication skills, and am looking forward to improve more and more skills whie i am here. I feel that my biggest achievement is yet to come, but so far, others have told me I'm a fast learner so I have gotten new responsibilities because of that.

4. What is the most challenging part of working at Saathi?

The most challenging part of my job is trying to get the best from every individual in my team. They always inspire me to achieve more than what is asked of me.

5. What do you wish for Saathi in the future?

I wish Saathi reaches its target and becomes a successful company. I hope that Saathi becomes a leader for other brands and companies in this area. Good luck to the team!
